BMW India Planing to Launch New Gran Turismo, X6M & 760Li Luxury Cars

BMW India is planning to launch the new BMW Gran Turismo, new BMW X6 M, and the new BMW 760Li at the Auto Expo 2010. The new BMW X1, scheduled to be launched in India by end of 2010, will also be unveiled at the Auto Expo. The car will also make an appearance along with the new 760Li with 535bhp twin-turbo, 6.0-liter, V12 engine.

BMW Gran Turismo features 400 bhp, twin-turbo direct-injected 4.4-liter V8 550i engine. The time and venue for the Press Conference are below:

Mr. Peter Kronschnabl, President, BMW India will be addressing the press briefing and will share the details of the market strategy of BMW in India for the year 2010.

The BMW Pavilion will also showcase the BMW Z4, BMW X5, BMW 3 Series, and the BMW 5 Series.

Headquartered in Gurgaon (National Capital Region) BMW India is a 100% subsidiary of the BMW Group. The initial investment in India is 1.1 billion Indian Rupees. The wide range of BMW in India include the establishment of a production plant in Chennai (Tamil Nadu) and development of a dealer organisation across major metropolitan centres of the country. BMW India will further strengthen the dealer network by stepping into Phase II, by expanding into the markets of Ludhiana, Bhubaneshwar, Jaipur and Coimbatore, by the end of 2009.
