Nissan GT-R Power Bump, Spec R Version

Staying ?n t?p demands constant impr?vement, and Nissan has certainly proven itself up t? the task with the current R35-generati?n GT-R. Since its d?mestic introduction in 2007 and gl?bal roll-?ut in 2009, Nissan has launched successive improvements ?n its flagship sportscar, and n?w word is coming ?f another upgrade ?n the way.

According t? the f?lks at 7Tune, output fr?m the 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 is set t? increase from 530 h?rsepower up t? 560. And t? supersede the current Spec V m?del, a Spec R is said t? be in the works, dr?pping another 70 p?unds ?r so f?r even more extreme perf?rmance.
Devel?pment ?f the new GT-R has reportedly been postponed in the wake ?f the quake fallout in Japan, pushing the car's launch back by several m?nths. These are expected t? be the final iterations ?f the R35 before its success?r arrives.
